Programa de Mobilidade Verde e Inovação
O recém-aprovado programa Mobilidade Verde e Inovação (MOVER) visa reduzir as emissões de gases de efeito estufa (GEE) no Brasil em até 17,5% até 2027. A iniciativa busca incentivar a produção e venda de veículos de baixa emissão, especialmente veículos elétricos (BEVs) e híbridos (HEVs e PHEVs), através de incentivos fiscais e investimentos em pesquisa e desenvolvimento.

Um estudo do International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) destacou que o MOVER pode aumentar a participação de mercado dos BEVs para 12% e dos HEVs para 9% até 2027. A análise envolveu 5.000 cenários para estimar o potencial de redução de emissões.
